Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:
- The product arrived damaged (e.g., torn sachets, crushed or wet packaging).
- The product arrived defective (e.g., unusual color, odor, or texture indicating a quality issue).
- You received the wrong item.
- The order was lost in transit and never delivered.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please email us at hello@aorimatcha.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging (required for damaged or defective claims)
Refund Process
Once we receive and review your request, we will notify you of our decision within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Return Shipping
Due to the nature of our products, we do not require you to return the items. If your claim is approved, you will receive a refund without needing to ship anything back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for:
- Orders where more than 30 days have passed since delivery.
- Change of mind, taste preference, or buyer's remorse.
- Products that have been consumed without evidence of a defect.
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
