Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

Shipping Rates

Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders under $70 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $10.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@aorimatcha.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.

 

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard estimates.
